AVANTI (the Italian word for “forward”) Industrial Hygiene provides technical services to forward-thinking employers, unions, public agencies and others who value a healthy work environment. We work with employers and their workforce to identify potential health hazards and prevent exposure before it occurs. While we assist with OSHA compliance, we will also provide guidance on best practice to ensure our clients stay up to date with current information and consensus standards. Avanti’s goal is to find solutions that are: 1) effective; 2) comfortable for workers; and 3) have as little impact on productivity as possible. As such, our preference is to always use engineering controls, such as dust capture systems, or in some cases, identifying a less hazardous material or work process, if possible.
